Description
Are you transitioning from the Gulfstream G550 to the G450? With FlightSafety's G550 to G450 Differences course, you will learn about structural differences, operational differences in the cockpit, and any limitations or performance differences that affect flight operations.

The Differences training consists of a 90-minute, self-paced eLearning course and a 90-minute practical session on a Graphical Flight Simulator (GFS) that can be taken at FlightSafety Savannah, Long Beach, Wilmington, or Farnborough, UK.

Upon successfully completing the eLearning course and passing the assessment, you will be issued a Knowledge Test Report which is required for scheduling the practical portion of the course.

You will have 90 days from the issue date of the Knowledge Test Report to complete the practical session. The eLearning training must be taken in conjunction with a FlightSafety G450 or G550 Initial or Recurrent training event. After successfully completing both the eLearning course and the practical session, you are issued a Certificate of Completion.
Objectives
The Differences course addresses the requirements of the FAA Flight Standardization Board Report, version 5.

  • Delivery: The eLearning course is 100% web-delivered and self-paced. The practical session is instructor-led at the Savannah, Long Beach, Wilmington or Farnborough, UK center.
  • Credit: Once you have completed both the eLearning course and the practical session, you are awarded a FlightSafety International certificate of completion. If you are an existing FlightSafety customer, you can also pick up your record of training in myFlightSafety.
