FlightSafety is the official training company for Avions de Transport Régional (ATR) in the western hemisphere for aircraft factory sales.
We support ATR customers with advanced courseware, state-of-the-art facilities and the latest in type-specific training technology.
Operators of ATR 42 and ATR 72 aircraft are served by two FlightSafety training centers, strategically located in the southern
United States at Houston’s Hobby Airport and Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport. Both centers offer pilot training,
while maintenance training is based at the Houston Center. Flight attendant training is offered in Atlanta, Georgia. FlightSafety
designed and manufactured the newest Level D simulator for the ATR 42/72, equipped with EVAS, VITAL 9, Honeywell SPZ 6000 avionics
and enhanced ground-proximity warning systems (EGPWS).
