We’re currently assembling a whole enrichment library of seven modules (DRVSM, Cold Weather, EGPWS/TAWS, CFIT, TCAS, ILS PRM, P-RNAV), which are available on an annual subscription basis. Each month or so, a new course will be added to the library. Cold Weather Operations and DRVSM are available right now. EGPWS/TAWS will be in the coming weeks, and then we should have another course in the library every month or so thereafter.
The self-paced Universal UNS-1 FMS Fundamentals course is designed to improve the FMS learning experience prior to attending an initial training program. This course uses a hands-on approach to understanding and programming the UNS-1 Series Universal Flight Management System that allows for introductory programming interaction.
There are three phases to each module, namely “Learn”, “Practice” and “Demonstrate”. “Learn” allows the student to go through the specific task for the first time, and gain an understanding of its use. “Practice” allows the student to perform the tasks on their own, at which time the system will offer feedback as to whether or not the steps are being followed correctly. “Demonstrate mode” presents the student with the same task that would be completed successfully before proceeding.

FlightSafety's online Domestic RVSM Course conforms to the training requirements of FAA Guidance 91-RVSM (10 February 2004), Appendix 4.
The time needed to complete the course, including the Course Assessment, is approximately two hours.
The Course includes two Knowledge Checks, offering Learners review questions as opportunities to assess their comprehension of the subject matter presented in each Lesson. The required, 20-question Course Assessment reflects current FAA guidance and FlightSafety best practices regarding the design of multiple-choice exams for non-aircraft-specific training.
An extensive library of RVSM-related FAA reference materials is supplied with the Course. Each reference document is available for download as a .PDF file through the Graphic User Interface.

FlightSafety’s RVSM recurrent training course is designed to meet the additional continued training requirements needed for technicians maintaining an aircraft with a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with RVSM provisions. The course contains general RVSM information and is not aircraft specific.

Through an easy-to-use interactive system, learn the fundamentals of operating G1000 avionics for the Citation Mustang. Self-paced online training provides an advantage by improving the learner’s knowledge prior to taking the Mustang Initial or Recurrent training at a FlightSafety Learning Center.
Going through the many features of the G1000 offers a hands-on approach to understanding and programming the device, by providing familiarization of the features, followed by hands-on scenarios which go through a set number of tasks. Many of the modules offer a three-stage approach to training including "Demo", "Try It" and "Evaluation".
"Demo" allows you to go through the specific task for the first time, and gain an understanding of its use. "Try It" is where you perform the tasks on your own, at which time the system will offer feedback as to whether or not the steps are being followed correctly. "Evaluate" presents you with a similar task that needs to be completed successfully before proceeding to the next module.

Learn the fundamentals of operating an aircraft in Cold Weather Conditions through an interactive, effective and user-friendly self-paced course. This course covers Ground Icing, Deicing, Anti-Icing, In-flight-Icing, Cold Weather Operational Takeoff, Approach and Landing and Cold Weather Operational Considerations.
The course was developed to meet American, Canadian and European Regulations in the form of a two-hour course and is geared towards pilots, maintenance technicians, flight attendants and line personnel.

Through an easy-to-use self-paced system, students learn the fundamentals of recognizing Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT).
Have you, as a “no carry” operator, ever been asked to transport the likes of SCUBA gear, dry ice, or live ammunition? This course offers dangerous goods recognition training for “will-not-carry” operators (Certificate holding operators restricted from carrying or handling hazardous materials). It has been designed to help personnel understand the philosophy and purpose surrounding the need for HAZMAT regulations, provisions for crew and passengers, HAZMAT labeling, classifications and documentation, hidden HAZMAT and how to respond to an actual HAZMAT incident.
This course is designed to meet the requirements of the CARS, FAR and JAR OPS.
