Barbara is the Chief Financial Officer for FlightSafety International. Known for her solution-oriented mindset, Barbara collaborates on a global scale to deliver FlightSafety’s financial and business direction.
Prior to joining FlightSafety in 2023, Barbara was the Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for NetJets, and prior to that role, she was the Chief Financial Officer for Executive Jet Management (EJM), a NetJets company. Additionally, she has held a variety of senior leadership roles within finance, procurement, information technology, and human resources, for Fortune 500 manufacturing and service industries. Employing her Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt Certifications, she delivered sustainable business advancements aligned to their strategic goals.
Barbara received her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from the University of Dayton. She serves on the Penn State Smeal College of Business Finance Advisory Board and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
