Ben Carter is the Executive Vice President of Learning Center Operations at FlightSafety International. With decades of aviation experience, Ben leads the Learning Centers across the enterprise, which provide world-class training to pilots, maintenance technicians, and cabin attendants, all with a focus on a safety and service.
He joined FlightSafety in 2013, serving in a variety of roles in both Texas and Florida before moving to Columbus, Ohio, to be the Center Manager of the Columbus Learning Center from 2022-2024. Prior to his career with FlightSafety, Ben worked for the Department of the Army for nearly 25 years in a variety of roles across the globe. He is a proud veteran with more than two decades of military service.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, he graduated from the U.S. Army Ranger School and was a Distinguished Honor Graduate from the U.S. Army Flight School.
