Michele Posey serves as Executive Vice President of Sales at FlightSafety International. With more than 27 years at the company, she brings deep institutional knowledge, a passion for aviation, and a proven record of leadership to her role.
Over the course of her career, Michele has held nine positions across the organization, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations. This extensive experience gives her a unique perspective on FlightSafety’s business, the broader aviation industry, and what it takes to build and lead high-performing teams.
Michele holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Douglass College at Rutgers University.
