Rachael Boyster leads FlightSafety International’s Corporate Real Estate team, overseeing real estate, capital planning, and facilities management across the enterprise. Her global team is responsible for strategic planning, project management, and construction services that support FlightSafety’s operations, business objectives and long-term growth.
Rachael joined FlightSafety in 2014 as Assistant Director of Facilities, later advancing to Director of Corporate Facilities and then Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities. Before joining FlightSafety, she spent more than six years with a design-build construction company, gaining extensive experience in construction, engineering, and collaboration with facilities teams.
A professional engineer, Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
