Stephanie Rode joined the Senior Leadership Team in 2025 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR), bringing extensive knowledge in leading and developing teams.
With decades of HR experience, Stephanie’s strengths include employee recruitment and retention, training and development, benefits and compensation, and company policies and compliance. Her previous roles as Director and VP, Human Resources at FlightSafety have thoroughly prepared her to lead HR entirely for our business.
Over the course of her career, Stephanie has excelled in various HR roles at Worthington Industries, Diamond Innovations, Inc., and LBrands. Prior to joining FlightSafety, Stephanie served as Director, Human Resources at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.
