Our Efforts to Make Our Website ADA-Compliant

FlightSafety is committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion for all of its Customers. We believe everyone should be able to visit FlightSafety.com, and access our services easily. We welcome feedback. If you notice any content, feature or functionality of the website that you believe is not fully accessible, please contact us and provide a description of the specific feature, or a suggestion for improvement. We take your input seriously as we evaluate ways to accommodate our customers and continuously improve our overall accessibility policies.

We work to comply as closely as possible to accessibility practices recommended by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a result of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Making our website accessible for people with disabilities is an ongoing goal. Our efforts include the following.

• ARIA and role attributes to improve screen reader accessibility
• “Skip Navigation” link to help those using text readers
• Alt tags for images, video files, audio files, etc.
• Detailed text descriptions accompanying complex graphics
• Alt descriptions that describe the purpose of objects
• Alt tag describes graphic and link destination for images also used as a link
• Empty alt descriptions (alt=””) for decorative graphics with no other function
• Data tables with column and row headers appropriately identified (with th tag)
• Table cells associated with appropriate headers
• Captions and text transcripts with videos
• Form fields in logical tab order and include labels
