How do I receive FAA checklist documentation for A031 Standardization and/or a 24-month audit?

Please send a request to AC@flightsafety.com with the following information:
• Company name
• FAA certificate number
• Aircraft to be trained on
• Center where training will be conducted (if known)

A team member will provide supporting documentation and checklist template for completion.
