SCHEDULING POLICIES

To meet the needs of aircraft operators, students and instructors, and deliver the highest levels of customer service and availability, the following scheduling policies have been established.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Applicable aviation regulations limit the number of individuals that can be trained in any single training event making reservation management critical to ensuring training availability. If a reservation is subsequently cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be applied based on the applicable training event price:

• 50% for cancellations between thirty (30) and fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the training start date.
• 100% for cancellations made within thirteen (13) calendar days of the training start date.

For the avoidance of doubt, rescheduling of training by the Customer or Client within thirty (30) calendar days of the training start will be treated as a cancellation.

RESERVATION POLICIES

• Pilot Initial – For pilot initial training, FlightSafety requires a valid pilot name to book a reservation.
• All Other Pilot Training – FlightSafety requires a valid name within 60-days of the course start date or reservation is subject to cancellation.
  
• Non-Pilot Training – For all non-pilot training events, FlightSafety requires a valid name within 31-days of course start date or reservation is subject to cancellation. This includes courses for maintenance technicians, cabin attendants, dispatch, and all other non-pilot training.
• TBA Purchase Program – FlightSafety’s TBA Purchase Program (TPP) allows a customer to book a reservation without a valid name so long as the customer has purchased an Initial Pilot and/or Recurrent Pilot. To participate in the TBA Purchase Program, the customer must have a current training agreement in place.
